The Property Of Tencel Fabric And Its Development

Because of its excellent and unique properties and its bio logical degradability ,Tencel fiber is described as the most brilliant "Given Fiber" in 21st century. Basing on analyzing Te ncel fiber's properties, we have developed two series of Tencel fabrics for summer and for spring / autumn, which can reflect t o Tencel fiber's properties. We also have tested and researche d the fabrics' properties, such as tenacity and elongation, spli t strength,abrasion resistance, drapability,crease recovery an d handtouch etc, and the information about these properties h ave been ohlanded; Researched to the properties of Tencel/cot ton bending and interweaving fabrics and the correlation betw een the properties and bending ratio .All these can provide t heorical basises;As an importance, the handtouch of the fabri cs have been researched. Acording to the result, the fabrics ha ve been classified and have been pointed its range of use;Res earched to the technology of Tencel fabric designing, spinning, weaving and dyeingfinishing.Some difficult problems in tech nology have been pointed out and put forward to the way of so lving them.
