Development And Production Processes Of New Varieties Of Denim Products

This paper explains that denim will not be taken place by the others by the way of analyzing the history,the special feature of denim,the developmenttrends and the huge potential needs of Chinese marketing. So the denims will continue to be favored by many consumers. Combined with the current situation of China's production of denim fabric, our country is the largest producer ofdenim, but not the production of power, denim is still a lot of the gap in the species, therefore, developing new varieties to increase value-added products is of practical significance. The paper focus on the development idea,ways of new varieties of denim products, and new products are developed from new material,ways of finishing and so on. The author is producing Tencel denim,bamboo fibers denim,purl denim,T-400 and two-bomb denim; The coated denim is produced by altering the way of traditional denim finishing; A series of light denim is developed and produced against the trend of thin fabric. The new products'production process,technical measures have been studied in the article, which is better for developing the new products in the company, reference value in improving product quality.
