The Study Of Miner Psychoanalysis And Coal Mine Safety Supervision

It is determined by the character of production in coal mine that safety work is the eternal topic of production about coal industry. When coal is produced, our party's policy about safety production should be stuck to, and the relations between safety and production, between safety an benefit, between safety and development should be correctly dealt with. The viewpoint about how to ensure safety production is expatiated from the aspect of safety management. Several questions that should be solved in mine safety management are discussed particularly firstly in this paper. In second part, with the principle of accident tree, some representative cases in one mine are analyzed, and more thirty laws are educed about the time, places and working procedure that easily make accidents happen, and the conclusion is confirmed by a lot of accident cases happened in our country. In third part, the Five Elements about mine safety are analyzed, they are: the basis is quality standardization, furnishment should be mechanised, management should be strictly based on laws, prevention should be ahead of time, the emphasis is group construction. In last part, the question about how to deal with safety work during the reform of coal enterprise.
