In this paper ,the method of space clutch profile normal is applied to design the profile of carbide cylindrical finish machining gear hobs on the base of built-up Hobs .Utilize "the method of circular cone superficial emery wheel grinding " to determine the profile of emery wheel .In the meantime,the tooth error is minimized at the third of the angle of the re-grinding so as to prolong the eligible lenth of tooth form.In this paper ,a software is programmed to realize the 3D parameterization design based on feature for shorten and simplify the design process. At last ,the methods and conclusion of this paper are verified by experiments.
