Gear is the most widely used transmission parts in industry,and its manufacturing and testing level is also the standard to measure the industrial development level of a country,and the precision of gear manufacturing directly affects the transmission efficiency,stability and life.Therefore,the research of gear error measurement technology has far-reaching significance,the main research work is as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper summarizes the main development process and present situation of gear measurement technology and measuring equipment,and chooses the coordinate measurement technology as the research direction.According to the measurement principle of column coordinate method and the existing experimental conditions,a method of measuring gear accuracy with cylindrical coordinate is proposed.According to the national standards to determine the accuracy of involute gear test items,and then based on the principle of coordinate measurement set up a mathematical model of deviations and sampling scheme;(2)The mechanical system improvement of the experimental equipment and the erection of the electrical measurement and control system are completed respectively.In order to accurately control the measuring head for gear error measurement work,the mechanical system adopts three-axis drive,which is x-axis,y-axis and C-axis respectively,and the measuring device adopts lever-type probe design,and the control system is based on motion control card,supplemented by data acquisition card,encoder,servo driver,Handwheel,Electrical control systems consisting of electrical components such as limit switches.(3)The hardware system is completed,the use of Visual C + + development environment,with the help of a powerful MFC framework,in the host computer to develop a matching gear measurement program.Through the research and analysis,the error compensation method for the measurement model error,control system error and transmission system error is put forward,and the positioning error is determined by experimental measurement and compensated in the software design.(4)Finally,the deviation measurement test,using the MATLAB tool for data processing in a graphical visual presentation,control gear Accuracy assessment criteria to verify the test results.The feasibility of the test scheme is verified by the experimental analysis.This paper completes the development of the hardware and software of the cylindrical coordinate gear measuring equipment,verifies the feasibility of the testing scheme through the experiment,and finally develops the instrument which can be used for the precision measurement of cylindrical gears.
