Leakage Study Of A25 Right Crankcase Cover Die-casting

Aluminium alloy die casting has been greatly developed and widely used in the area of automobiling,motorcycling industry Having taken place of some steels and irons,aluminium alloy die casting reduced the weight of products ,cuts down noises and fuel consumption,strenghtens the competitive ability of the turnoffs′ appearances,and also makes great economic and social benefits .The production of die casting aluminium alloy ,Which can mostly reflect the industrialization degree of a country ,has been widely spreaded.However,we still have a long way to go in the production of die casting aluminium alloy comparing with industrialized countries.The most disparity.between us and the industrialized countries is that our basic research on die-casting aluminium alloy is still very poor and limited. This dissertation does research focusing on the leaking of th A25 right crankcase cover in Jia Ling Group Com. According to the structural and die-casting technological parameter features of the casting and combing its pouring system,the dissertation specifically disserted and analysed the positions where easily suffer leaking,and it found that the main cause of leaking lay in the inadequacy of solidifying pahch-up and shrinkage leading to lots of relaxing and shrinking holes which make leaking easily .Aimed at this,I added branch Funners on the former pouring system,optimized the die-casting technological parameter,secured the solidifying finial time,so that there is enough patching and shrinking aluminium alloy liquid in the leaking positions,and finally I produced qualified A25 right crankcas cover and made the percent of pass of the products over 95%。When I improved the pouring system,at the same time I analysed the structural features of the easily leaking positions,found out and analysed the mechanical theory,set up basic equation of the interpretation of the mechanical theory.And also ,according to analysing the die-casting technological parameter,I improved the initial parameter,and then through calculating and analysing,I found the interpreting furction of the relaxing and shrinking holes of the die-casting aluminium alloy,By actual testing and verifying,it has been proved with good accuracy and certain spreading and practical value。...
