The Research And Prepare Of The Zr-Pr High Quality Colour Stains For Glazes

The paper bases on Zr-PrYellow pigment basic synthetic method-solid reaction method. Using industrial raw materials (Zirconia by electrosmelting method,Quartz etc),by studying the influences of raw material characteristic,mineralizer type,composition,synthetic process parameters,pigment particle size and basic glaze composition etc many elements to the quality of the pigment,combining tightly practical production,the paper preliminary studies and discusses the method of using liquid phase method synthesizing pigment.By modern test and anlysis method example XRD,XPS,SEM,TEM etc. the paper reveals the pigment mineral composition and micro structure. Testing resule reveals that Zr-PrYellow pigment is a kind of solidsolution type pigment,the formation of yellow colour is caused by Pr4+ doping into ZrSiO4 crystal.By C. I. E-L* a* b* system and color measuring system,the paper determines the chrpma of glaze with addition of pigment,result reveals that the pigment have very good color strength,its stability at high temperature and color strenth achieve international advanced level.
