In this article, gripper-unclosing cam mechanism of the paper-feeding assembly of MW1050 Automatic Die Cutting produced by Shanghai Yahua Printing Machine Ltd. Co. was analyzed and optimized. The main contents and innovations are as follows: 1 . Centralized mass method was used to get the dynamic model of the mechanism and some essential parameters of the model were solved. To solved the systemic differential eguation established by the model, the dynamic warp of the driven piece was known. And some demands and methods were discussed on the actual mechanism.2. A testing system of actual running state of the mechanism was built, which was applied to a MW1050 Automatic Die Cutting to measure actually. The actual locomotor orderliness figure of the driven piece of the mechanism was drawn according to the collecting data and validated the conclusion found by the model: the main cause which brought the error of the cam mechanism was the error of the cam contour curve and it is necessary to amending it.3. When we reproduced the cam of the import machine, in order to minish the error and make the performance of the reproduction attain or transcend that of the original cam, one of the best method was the prosecution of reversed seeking of locomotor orderliness of the driven piece and the actualization of theerror-amending of contour curve. So the author solved the reversed seeking of locomotor orderliness of the driven piece of the mechanism and presented it.4. Two ways were used about the error-amending of contour curve. The one used the actual locomotor orderliness gained by reverse seeking to amend the contour curve of the cam. The new academic contour curve of the cam and tracks of polar and right angle coordinates of the center of reamer were presented. The other used a similar locomotor orderliness to substitute the original by compare. The new academic and actual contour curve of the cam and tracks of polar and right angle coordinates of the center of reamer were presented, too. By contrast, the author recommended the second curve to be used. The thesis not only provide necessary analysis and optimization on the optimal designof Automatic Die Cutting, but also present a method for design of the printingmachinery industry reproduced the import machine and lay a foundation for furtherdevelopment of running state inspecting system of the device.
