In this article, we make a research on paper-feeding assembly of high speed automatic Die Cutting. Because of the defects of Die Cutting, with rotation velocity improving, it would result in paper-feeding assembly motion distortion, strengthening impact of working force, vibration intensification. According to these above, this passage gives an analysis and research theoretically and makes some improvements on it, getting good result.Above all, this passage has an brief analysis on the most important two parts of feeding-paper assembly, paper-pressing expiration mouth cam components assembly and paper-feeding suction mouth conjugate cam components assembly. Then, with analytical method, this article demonstrates motion conditions of the two parts and simulates the result with matlab-software. At last, the passage finds some designing defects of the paper-feeding assembly with the help of simulation result. In the second part of this passage, it is dynamics analysis and matlab software simulation of the two parts with Lagrange method, making a comparision of working force in the different rotation velocity, finding out the main reason of working force intensification. In this part, this article ignores the friction effect due to the result of the comparision between non-friction working and with-friction working. The third part of this article tells vibration conditions of paper-feeding assembly. First, this part demonstrates the vibration conditions of the three divided parts, then, in the use of modal synthesis method, this article gets the whole assembly inherent frequency. The following part of this article is improvements of paper-feeding assembly, mainly, conjugate cam components assembly improvement. the advantage of the improved conjugate cam components assembly is obvious. In the last part of this article, it makes a conclusion of the above outcomes and shortages, and gives development prospect of Die Cutting.
