Experimental Studies On Semi-Bionic Extraction (SBE) Of Danggui Kushen Pill

Objective: To testify the advantage of Semi-Bionic Extraction method in comparison with various methods of extraction, and to provide the necessary data, thought and method with further research of Danggui Kushen Pill.Method: With ferulic acid, matrine, total alkaloid and dry extract as index, optimize the SEE technical conditions for Danggui Kushen Pill by even design. Then, divide the ingredients into 2 combinations and extract by the SBE method respectively to make out the SBE s best combinations. The SEE of compound in different conditions of alcohol precipitating concentrations to optimize the best. On the basis of the work above, compare Semi-Bionic Extraction (SBE) with Water Extraction(WE), Semi-Bionic Extraction and alcohol precipition (SBAE) Water Extraction and alcohol precipition(WAE).Finally, extract flavescent sophora root and angelica as a single drug with SBE and WE, to compare their effective content and obtain extraction rate of ferulic acid, matrine and total alkaloid.Result: First ,The decoction condition of Danggui Kushen Pill is pH in turn:2.00, 6.80, 8.00;Time: 2h, 0.5h,0.5h;the mixture is the better combination mode; the best alcohol precipitation concentration is 60%;Semi-Bionic Extract method is better extract method than Water Extract method, Semi-Bionic Extract and Alcohol precipitation method ( SBAE) is better thanWater Extract and Alcohol precipitation (WAE) ,and the extraction rate of ferulic acid is 75.3%, the extraction rate of matrine is 70.5%, the extraction rate of total alkaloid is 65.3%.Conclusion: Semi-Bionic Extract method (SBE) maybe can replace Water Extract method(WE), Semi-Bionic Extract method and Alcohol precipitation (SBAE) maybe can replace Water Extract method and Alcohol precipitation (WAE)...
