The chromone is a kind of secondary metabolic plant which has widely bioactivity. In study to improve the bioactivity of chromenes, chemistes have find the chromon is a kind of secondary metabolic plant. It has widely bioactivity and play an important role in natural compounds. In study to improve the bioactivity of chromones, chemists have found that chromone linking heterocyclic framework have a more widely bioactivity, especially at C-3 position, have very strong activities to resist cancer cell pervasion, antibacterial, antivirus, dropping blood fattiness and dropping blood sugar. So it is heterocyclic fromework linked in chromone that become a focus in this field.1,3,4-Triazoles derivatives have antibacterial, antimicrobe and as plant growth regulator. In recently, many studies show that making triazoles combine with some bioactive molecular can improve their bioactivity. In addition, thioether are important to synthesis of pharmaceuticals. We induce these heterocyclic compounds to chromones and get a series of target compounds, which has not been reported. Their structures were confirmed by data of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra.There mainly works in this paper:1. Isonicotmoyl-4-aryl thiosemicarbazides cyclized in the presence of hydrazine hydrate, NaOH, and the derivatives of l,3,4-triazoline-5-thiones, 1-amino-1,3,4-triazoles were obtained respectively. l,3,4-triazoline-5-thiones react further more to give S-substituted thioacetyl hydrazine.2. Substituted 3-formylchromone reacted with S-substituted thioacetyl hydrazine to give corresponding S-substituted thioacetamide.3. Substituted 3-formylchromone reacted with derivatives of 1-amino-1,3,4-triazoles to give corresponding methyleneimino derevatives.
