Research And Development Of Welding CAPP For Steel Pressure Vessel

In this paper, the feature of welding process planning is analyzed based on the relevant principles. Considering the exiting conditions of CAPP research and the manufactory, not only the ideas of the system designing are brought forward, but the system framework and corresponding module function are presented. Using Delphi ,process databases are established. Delphi6.0, as a visual programming language and including powerful database management functions, is suitable for UGI designing and module function implement. Based on some manufacture standard, A Welding CAPP system for Pressure Vessel is introduced by using Delphi6.0. By the man-computer talking, the system can effectively design and manage the WPC(Welding Procedure Card).This software is very useful for enterprises which manufacture pressure vessel, and especially remarkable to improve worker's efficiency.
