Welding CAPP-based Data Security Management

With the rapid development of Computer networks, the system of Computer AidedProcess Planning has been accepted and used by more and more enterprises, especiallyaviation manufacturing enterprises. However, when it brings the convenient to theenterprises with the opening of the network structure, the enterprises have to face theproblems, which the internal information resources are unauthorized accessed andleaked through network sharing. Based on a welding CAPP system, the data securitymanagement was developed for strictly control and audited the access rights of the users.It helps to solve the problems from the welding CAPP system, which welding processdata is illegal accessed and leaked in the database, and it protects the security of the datain the database.This article first analyze the actual functional requirements of the data securitymanagement system and overall structure of client system, determine design target anddesign principles of the system, by comparing the C/S architecture and B/S architecture,combined with the system’s application environment, determine the system using theC/S system structure of the architecture.Analyze data in the database of the existing welding CAPP system, the secret dataof the welding involved in business classified as core data, and access control, authoritydistribution and audit the data. PowerDesigner tool is used to establish the concept ofdata security management in the database data model and physical data model, in Oracle10g database system is implemented.The software, according to working process of the "three", was detailed designedfor the client software module, based on the overall design of the software. Establishedthe static modeling of client using UML unified modeling language, used Visual C++6.0as the development platform and Oracle10g database system to encode data securitymanagement system. Tested the function of the data security management system usingthe Black-box Testing, finally tested the welding CAPP system for confirmatory.Improved the welding CAPP system for data security through the developing datasecurity management system, reduced the administration on the permissions distribution,the realization of the audit log, could deterrence the illegal visitors.
