Flavanone compound is widely distributed in nature, which is one of powerful ingredients of many medicinal plants. Much attention has been paid to the flavanone compound because of its significant potential biological and pharmaceutical properties and unique fictile structure. Especially under the circumstance of vigorously advocating green medicine, flavanone compound is a kind of excellent lead compounds.In this article, the flavanones were chose as lead compounds to development novek efficient environment-friendly fungicides. In light of results from QSAR analysis, the structure of flavanone was modified in view of bioisosterism and 24 novel target compounds were designed and synthesized. All the compounds had been confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. The properties of physical, chemical and spectroscopy of these compounds were systematically investigated. The reaction methods and reaction conditions had been compared and investigated, analysized. The structural formulas of the title compounds can be shown as follows respectively:(I)5, 7-dihydroxy-2-phenyl-4H-l-pyridinopyran-4-one(II)3 ' ,5 ' -diisopentenyl-4 ' -hydroxy-2-phenyl-4H-l-benzopyran-4-oneFinally, we had tested the fungicidal activity of all compounds. All of them exhibited fine fungicidal activity. At the same time, it also provided basic experimental data about structure-activity relationship of flavanones.
