Testing System Research Of High-Temperature And High Pressure Foam Fluidity

Foam is widely used as gas drilling fluids in the oil induetry abroad and home.In the exploitation of low-pressure and low-permeablility reservoirs,it is in a dominant position among variable drilling fluids.Among all well works of foam fluids ,the common important basis is to test the foam fluidity in the high-temperature and high-pressure condition.The foam fluidity theory constitute the theoretical basis of practical drilling industry. Researches on high-temperature and high-pressure foam fluidity depend on the testing system of high-temperature and high-pressure foam fluidity which is used to simulate the variation of temperature and pressure in well wall. At present time ,the international study of this testing system is imperfect and at the same time ,there is operational equipment ,method and standard domestically.From the point of view of the practical needs of foam well, it is necessary that the testing system of high-temperature and high-pressure foam fluidity is develop by ourselves to experimentally evaluate high-temperature and high-pressure foam fluidity during the simulate drilling condition .It is significantly realistic to establish practical and perfect theory of foam fluidity.According to application requirement of well site ,we design a set of integral and domestically advanced testing apparatus of high-temperature and high-pressure foam fluidity.
