This paper was on mass examination of soybean lecithin by Thin-layer Chromatographic Scanner. The results showed good reappearance and stability when chloroform:ethanol:triethylamine:water(10:11.3:11.7:2.7) as mobile phase , bromothymol blue as coloration of the samples. Under the condition that A s= 694nm, A r=617nm, it was zigzaglied by the means of double-wave-length reflection .SX=3,slot: 1mm X 1mm, middle delicacy. The average recovery was 101.45%, RSD% =0.76%. It could be concluded that this method is of convenience, accuracy to operating and good reappearance .In this paper, the technique of purifying medicinal phospholipids from soybean lecithin were studied. PTLC was very easy, convenient, and accurate to operate. The product was detected by TLC and used to be standards of Thin-layer Chromatographic Scanner.Soybean lecithin was modified by addition reaction of hydroxychloride in carbon-carbon double band. The optimal conditions for modification were as following: 22.5%NaClO, temperature and pH were 30 癈 and 4.5, respectively. Further modified lecithin could be purified by PTLC and could be expressed by IR and UV in the first time. Dispersivity and emulsity stability of modificative lecithin were 25% and 804 min, respectively. It can be seen that hydrophilicity of modificative lecithin had obvious improvement and advancement. The phase, conductance and polarization microscope were used to study the formation of microemulsion phase for ethyl oleate systems and cholesterin systems that modified soybean lecithin that was modified by hydroxychloride as surfactant and the effect of formulation variables on the physical-chemistry characterization of microemulsion. It showed that properties of modificative lecithin were obvious improvement. Through study on different cosurfactant of ethyl oleate systems, if C*^ 4, it can hold the biggest microemulsion. The average diameter of particle ofmicroemulsion was determined by TE 300 laser-microscope and taken photos. The average diameter was 48nm, which straightly showed a good microemulsion. Futher we tried to make cholesterin and water to become microemulsion. The results indicated that soybean lecithin modified by hydroxychloriding can make liposoluble cholesterin dissolute into water. It was very useful to decrease accumulate of fat and cholesterin in vivo. And this can decrease ailment, such as atherosclerosis et al.
