Soybean lecithin is byproduct in producing bean oil from soybean. Its main components are soybean phosphatide, neutral oil and water. In a long time, the soybean lecithin has not been utilized, especially, it was thrown away as rubbish. It not only wastes lots of resources but also severely pollutes environment in addition, for soybean easy goes sour quickly. So rational exploiture and utilizing of the lecithin become a important urgent problem now. Soybean phosphatide is main component in the lecithin, and an important substance in biochemistry. Now the application and production of soybean phosphatide products have became series and sizable in developed countries, but it's only in a primitive stage in China, it has been a important research subject to develop a 'green'technique, which has no pollution to environment. In order to take full advantage of soybean lecithin, create the larger economic performance and reduce the pollution to the environment again at the same time, the following questions were studied in this paper: 1. In the extracting and purification technology of soybean lecithin: the best experiment condition is that the ratio of phosphate and solvent is 1:3, removing oil three times under the condition of 20-30℃, then using the lively white soil of 2-3%( the raw material weight) to discolor under 60℃,yield of refined phosphate being about 97%; the data of the product is: the color degree being 0.2, the value of peroxide being 4 mg/1000g. There is no waste water, residues and exhaust gas discharged in this method. Reaction velocity is increased. It also resolved some problems in traditional method such as long dehydration time and severely color change of the phosphate. The obtained products was determined in quality standard range. 2. The extracting technology of the refined aliphatic acids from soybean lecithin: the soybean lecithin was predisposed by dilute sulfuric acid and obtained acidic oil containing a small quantity of water, then used the hydrochloric acid to catalysis, completely hydrolysis production of acidic oil can be obtained by hydrolyzed two times. the best experiment condition is : the quantity score of the hydrochloric acid being 22%, the enter material ratios being 1∶2, the refluxing time being 4-5 hours, the rate of overall hydrolysis being 94%, the yield of aliphatic acids being 70% or so. This method resolved such problems as high energy consumption, heavy pollution and difficulty reclaim of glycerol in waste water. The operation method is convenient, and equipments are simple. The obtained products was determined in quality standard range. 3. The extracting linoleic acid from soybean lecithin: the experiment used solvent method, the best experiment condition is: the enter material ratio being the aliphatic acid ∶solvent = 1∶3(methyl alcohol∶water=10∶1); temperature range : 0-3℃; the time range: 8 hours; yield of linoleic acid being 65% or so; the recovery rate of the solvent: 80-85%. The volatilization of methanol was decreased through reducing temperature in experiment, it could ensure there was no waste water, residue and exhaust gas in the processing, clean production was achieved.
