| Using Salix in desert areas as raw material and Urea formaldehyde (UF) and environment-friendly and fire-proofing glue (KF) as adhesives, the paper manufactures environment-friendly and fire-proofing Salix Particle Board by means of adjusting rate of spreading .ratio of one kind of glue to the other gamely KF to Urea formaldehyde ,pressing temperature, pressing time and etc. We mainly make research on the effect of rate of spreading ,ratio of different glue, that's say ,the ratio of KF to Urea formaldehyde .pressing temperature, pressing time on free formaldehyde content, modulus of rupture , internal bond and fire-proofing property of board in the experiment. The result shows: rate of resin added and ratio of KF to Urea formaldehyde are the two essential factors that influence free formaldehyde content, modulus of rupture, internal bond of the board With the decreasing of rate of resin added and the increasing of ratio of KF to Urea formaldehyde, the free formaldehyde, content modulus of rupture internal bond, all drop sharply.The trial represents that the mechanical property of board and 'fire-proofing glue and Urea formaldehyde under certain hot pressing technology is improved to a certain degree instead of falling down. The fire-proofing resulting of board added to environment-friendly and fire-proofing glue differs according to the different ratio of KF to Urea formaldehyde when the board is manufactured. The higher the ratio is, the better fire-proofing result we getAs far as the production of class EI board is concerned, the best figure of rate of spreading and ratio of different glue is 9 percent and 20 percent respectively. Also, the best hot-pressing condition includes pressing force of 1 .SMPa, pressing temperature of 180 ℃ and pressing time of 300s. |
