The study on sustainable development has already become an active field and the foreland of geography research. Based on the science of geography and system this article analyzes the regional sustainable development system. Under the guideline of sustainable development theory the space coordinated analysis and dynamic simulation on regional sustainable development system are studied by the means of geography information system(GIS) and mathematics method, And takeShandong as an example and do the positive research.
