| With the continuous development of IT technology, the simulation technology has achieved extensive application in various fields. Correspondingly, the designing, production and management of the mining technology has also been improved.In this paper, from the point of the system engineering, the net of Petri is introduced to the analysis and simulation of the coal full mechanized coal face. Based on the qualitative analysis, the way for simulation software of the system production line is developed and the quantitative analysis is achieved.Based on the analysis of the special properties of the full mechanized coal face and the properties of the different parts in the system, minimum affairs occurrence models are set up for the Petri net of the full mechanized coal face; meanwhile, the method of solution for the minimum affairs occurrence and its breaking-down rate of are also put forward. The Petri net model for the workface transportation system is set up in this paper. Based on the property that the operational conditions follow the movement appearance of a certain rate distribution, this paper dynamically stimulates the whole production process of the full mechanized coal face; a series of quantitative index are drawn which includes availability, shutting-down rate and fixed amount variation curve for coal flows, etc.In the end, a comparison is made with a workface at Gushuyuan Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Mining Administration, which proves that the analyzed conclusions go well with the realities.Besides, the simulated conclusions have also been worked out for the several plans for the bettering of the systematic functions. |
