Development And Application Of Blanking Die CAD System Based On Web Technology

Nowadays, digitize the design & manufacture data source , procedure the knowledge & experience , network the electromechanical product , social the manufacture resource , scandalize the information drive the construction and application of the information source base and others, such as the Internet/Intranet technology, project database, PDM, ERP, comprise the key environment of the advanced manufacture mode and provide the development of informational manufacture project. Study the CAD system under the Internet environment and use its technology will produce theory significant and practical value for construction of plat form of our manufacture information. This paper is supported by the funding of academic leader of Sichuan province, named "Study of Remote Cooperative Design technology based on distributed Multi-agent for Mechanical Products". The main concludes and characteristics of the paper are as follows:(l)The principle and application cooperation technology to solve of mechanical product under the environment of the Internet based on Web technology is presented; (2)A networking cooperative design framework based on informational cooperation mode is presented and used to blanking die software system; (3)The framework figure , function figure , flow chart figure of the blanking die aredesigned;(4)The part of die & mould CAD system are designed by using some advancedtechnology;(5)The paper introduces the key technology of including the Internet/Intranettechnology , the re-use procedure technology , the code data technology and thedatabase technology;(6) For the key technology - provide manufacture information and software system,the software system of cooling die digital manual is designed, all the work of thesoftware has been done and the software has been checked and accepted, by theexpert.
