| With the development of social economy and science and technology, the ability of the humankind to remake and utilize the nature is being enhanced unprecedentedly. The eco-environment on which the humankind depend to live and develop is suffering more and more disturb and destory from human's activity. Regional, even global eco-environment deteriorates increasingly. And thus eco-environment problems come into being. It has been a new challenge for scientists how to adopt effective measures to comprehensively harness eco-environment.Guizhou province, which is located in the southwest of China,is the heart of Chinese Karst area which is the concentration region of the Karst region in the world. However, the middle of Guizhou is one of the most typical areas of Karst region in Guizhou province. So its eco-environment has strong fragility and sensitivity. Under the pressure from the growth of population and the development of economy, the eco-environment seems more and more sensitive and fragile. It is easy to form the "PPE" odd circle: poverty -the growth of population -deteirioation of environment. The vicious circle seriously confines the regional sustainable development.Based on the analyses of regional eco-environment background and the main aco-environment problems, This paper tries to initially probe into the eco-environment sensitivity in the middle of Guizhou province,and selects fifteen indexs under four categories to assess it. In the concrete, it is to use analytical hierarchy process to computer the relative importance of every index, and select even distribution function to define the subordinate degree of every index, and adopt fuzzy synthetical judgement to assess the sensitivity of the eco-environment for thirty-four counties in the middle of Guizhou province.
