In this dissertation, based on the analysis of present research and development situation on roots blower in the world, the NC technology of machining vane of roots blower has been studied deeply and systematically in order to develop the NC technology of machining cane of roots blower.In chapter one, not only the theory of roots blower is worked but also the characteristic and the development of roots blower are given firstly. Then the importance of the technology of machining vane of roots blower for the development of the roots blower is also mentioned. And then the review of the research situation on the technology of machining vane roots blower in the world is appraised. Finally the main content of the dissertation is introduced.In chapter two, the theory curve of vane of roots blower and the curve of the cut tool movement are introduced at first. Then the effect of dosage of cutting to machining the vane roots blower and the equation of the curve of the cut tool movement are also mentioned when the force is acting on the cut tool. Finally the reason of vibration of the machine tool is proposed.In chapter three, the whole frame of the NC system is given first. Then the four ways of control, the advantages and shortcomings are also introduced. At last the way of control is ascertained.In chapter four, the design of hardware of PLC control system is proposed at first. Then the whole frame design of circuit, the control circuit, the transmission system, the parameter of the transmission system and the anti-jamming circuit are introduced.In chapter five, the design of software of the control system is given at first. Then the whole control frame, the whole ideal of control system and the movement of cut tool are introduced. Finally the way of how to compute the number of the cut tool movement is proposed.In chapter six, the way of debugging of the control system is introduced. And the measure of resolving the problem that is found in the course of debugging the control system is given. Finally the machining precision is also proposed.In chapter seven, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work that will be done from now on is put forward.
