In this paper, hazard theory is combined with coal mine gas accident and coal mine hazard is put forward, analyzing gas accident hazard by the three class of hazard. On the basis of studying on identification, classification, gradation of gas accident hazard, the structure of coal mine gas accident is analyzed by means of typical accident. Based on the study of hazard risk assessment, gas accident hazard is researched by the fuzzy risk assessment ,on the basis of fuzzy theory, the author calculates opposite belonging of risk in roadway by fuzzy sequence method ,effectively demonstrates accident risk. The gas gush quantity is predicted by nonlinear gray method, furthermore, by the gas gush quantity, the wind quantity and the gas concentration, risk of gas hazard in roadway is assessed. So the quantitative analysis for gas accident hazard will have a wide scope to develop. Bigger risk exists in day-to-day safety management and operation process for the safety organization. From the angle of the third class of hazard, the risk for the safety organization is discussed, risk management and pre-warning for hazard is put forward in the end. This research provides significant value and reference in the fields of strengthening management for gas hazard , decreasing accident frequency , safety supervision and management on spot.
