A Research On Management Theoryand Practice Of Safe Production In Coalmines

Safety, an important subject concerned by all nations, is also the key of coalmines' production. So, safety management becomes the major measure to realize safe production in coalmines. To do safety management well, we must adopt advanced management theory and proper methods and skills. Therefore this paper first summarizes the successful experiences in some coalmines, and combines with the newly-born Green Management Theory (GMT), proposes the GMT for safe production in coalmines. Then a complete system about it and a "Bridge Management Pattern" (BMP) to realize it are set up. Simultaneously, the technology to realize the theory - assessment skills and management information system of safety in coalmines - is also set up in this paper. The assessment system includes three parts: the safety assessment of mining and driving face, the comprehensive assessment of the whole mines safety condition, and the safety management level assessment of mining and driving area. In the course of evaluation, this paper uses multi-object fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. Then the software system of safety management developed by Visual Foxpro 6.0 has strong adaptability, and also has function of dealing with both daily safety management information and safety assessment results.
