This article takesφ30×180 ladder of tooth shape flat type connecter units as example, on the basis of using ANSYS finite element software to carry on analysis of touching and non-linear, do fatigue calculation further, draw the life-span of the dangerous place of tooth parts. Make static stretching and dynamic fatigue experiment according to non-linear conclusion. Then Experimental result is analyzed and compared with results that software has calculated non-linear and fatigue results, find out the existing and insufficient problem of tooth shape at present, draw the key conclusion of several points. Therefore put forward a kind of new-type structure in person --The cambered surface tooth type connecter units, and give its processes of manufacturing technics. Finally, on the question of improving the intensity and life-span of connecter units, propose practical value conclusions and suggestions of several points.
