With the improvement of the intensity of round ring, as the connecting component, connector units become the weak link of traction chain, so it is very essential to study the intensity of connector units. This paper takes the specificationφ30×108 of the ladder flat type connector units for an example. Firstly, in the case of considering non-linear contact, use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on building model parametrically, three-dimensional finite element analysis and optimizing structure parameters. Then predict the fatigue life distribution of connector units before and after optimizing with MSC/Fatigue, the special-purpose software of fatigue analysis. Finally, the static and dynamic experiment is done to verify the feasibility of the emulation based on law of finite element.
