This thesis is based on the wide investigation of modern high-voltage frequency conversion speed-adjusting methods, according to the retarded state of the speed-adjusting methods of current mine hoister systems, using the high-low voltage frequency conversion speed-adjusting method to take the place of rotor sering resistance and thyristor cascade methods which are widely used at present is put forward in this thesis. Explains the priorities of this method, the configuration and the design of it. Meanwhile puts forward the idea of using fuzzy control theory to trace the hoister system' s hodograph and its realization foundation -the structure of speed closed-loop made of microchip and frequency converter. The results of simulation show that fuzzy control strategy makes the system response rapidly and possess small steady-state error. The system is insensitive to the parameters' changes and has stronger robustness character. Fuzzy control strategy in hoister systems can make the systems possess better flat layer feature and comfortableness is also proved.
