Draining wastewater with a lot of pollutants not only leads to the serious pollution of received water-body, but the waste of vast amount of water resources .To decrease the pollution of draining total wastewater to HuangHe, develop and reuse the wastewater and further improve circulating rate of water, it's imperative to build up the wastewater treatment plant. The experiment has been studied to give process and parameters for design. The monograph is one of branches of the subject. The experiment has two stages, static experiment and dynamic experiment.According to the classical theory of filtration, this paper makes a study on main technical parameters of filtration basing on filtration experiments, and relates the harness plan about draining total wastewater of B.G, and experiment circuit and overall results briefly. The application of filtration technology in treatment experiment of draining total wastewater of B.G is expounded specially in the paper.By the experiments in laboratory, the compositions of filtering material, filtering velocity, pattern of backwashing and other parameters are decided, the result of the filtration process is summarized, and the influence of filtering velocity and initial turbidity of wastewater to filtration results, and to head losses and the SS resting in the filtering material are expounded. Through the dynamic experiment, the parameters, which are provided though laboratory experiment, are proved. The filtration effect in the dynamic experiment is discussed. The effects of head losses, the removal rate of SS and filtration period by initialturbidity are explained. The backwashing method is decided. The sand filtration is compared with fibre-ball filtration on the removal rate of turbidity, COD and SS, and on the head losses, filtration period and filtrate. The process and parameters are put forward for design.The result of experiment shows that sand filtration and fibre-ball filtration can be used in the treatment of wastewater of B.G. Outflow turbidity is less than 5NTU, the water meets the standards of what people can't drink (but can be use in other ways of living) and industrial cooling water (except SO42- and Cl-). The treated wastewater can be used in circulating water system and planting trees. The study solves the problem of the pollution of the total drainage wastewater and the wastewater can also be reused.
