In order to explore novel derivatives which have higher biological activity and green concepts in environmental protection, we designed and synthesized two series of 14 new compounds according to the principle of model natural active material and linking inferior structure. Firstly, we synthesized their oximes of citral and camphor. Secondly, the oximes react with halogenoalkane to produce oxime ethers. The structure of the target compounds have been confirmed by IR, MS,1H NMR, etc. And their structure are as follows:During the courses of the synthesis of target compounds, we found that the polor aprotic solvents (DMSO) are particularly effective in enhancing the reaction rate, but have disadvantages in terms of product workup and purification. We also found that when the solvents such as toluene and phase transfer catalysts are used in the synthesis of target compounds, good results can be obtained. Reactive temperature ranges from the room temperature to 65C and productivity ranges 68.7% to 82.3% according to different reaction material. Chromatography on silica gel with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as eluent which ranges from 10:1(v:v) to 30:1(v:v) afforded oxime ether. The preliminary fungicidal and insecticidal activities of part target compounds were determined on F.graminearum, Phytophthoracapsici, Maganporthe grisea, Botrytis cinerea, etc and Leucania Separata, Aphid, Kock, kalrenbach. The results indicated that compound I a exhibited rather high activity(B grade) to Leucania Separata and 75.0% mortality against it.
