TUST-SHC tube paper package structure design software is developed based on AutoCAD2000, using DCL language to develop the dialog box interface, using AutoLISP language to develop the drivers of dialog box and the drawing program, using the InstallShield6.22 to make the setup program from the compiled program module.Choosing the AutoCAD as the developing platform, it could make use of the second developing environment and strong draw functions of the AutoCAD to develop the CAD software that we need and it also could shorten the developing cycle.TUST-SHC adopts the parameter design method and carton elements base technology. The parameter design is the trend of CAD technology. It has some good characteristics, such as easy operating, friendly interface and so on. The carton element base takes the carton body, cover and bottom as the basic elements of carton, which belong to different modules and make the software design flexibly and maintain easily and so on.TUST-SHC software is composed of menu files, program modules and system setting files. The menu files have three parts: carton body, cover and bottom. The carton body menu is realized by modifying the AutoCAD main menu file. The cover and bottom menus are partial menus. The program modules are VLX files compiled from LSP source files, also divided into three parts: the carton body, cover and bottom. The system setting files are modified from the AutoCAD system files to make the TUST-SHC loaded automatically.
