Malania oleifera is specific forestry materials in Guangxi. Malania oleifera oil contains 15c-tetracosenoic acid and other unsaturated fatty acid. The 15c-tetracosenoic acid can be synthesized as exaltolide through ozonization to cut off its double bond. This dissertation get mixed unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters through esterification and use it as raw materials. Study on ozone with unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters' rate constants, reactivity and reaction selection. At first, induce and analysis the experiments technology about the reaction of ozone with olefine in kinetics aspect and the reaction's rate constant in our country. Put forward relative rate constant measurement technology according to the actual experiment conditions before use it to measure the rate constant of ozone with mixed unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters. The second,examine the selection about the reaction of fatty acid methyl ester with ozone. The main results can be summed as followed:(1) The rate constants of TAE,DAE and OAE are 2.082 107cm3mol-1s-1, 2.143 107cm3mol-1s-1 and 2.229 107cm3mol-1s-1 at296 2K.(2) Selection of solution will have great influence to the ozonization selection of TAE and OAE. Study on the solvent effect of heptane ,n-buty acetate,ethanol and the mixed solvent in different proportion of heptane and ethanol. The experiments demonstrated: Decrease the solvent's dielectric constant has advantages to TAE's selection. Besides, K=k TAB/ k OAE relies on the solvent's dielectric constant . The bigger of ?is, the smaller of K will be.(3) Temperature also has great influence to the reaction. K will reduce closer to 1 While its original number is bigger than 1 when temperature increased in heptane. On the other hand, K will rise closer to 1 while its original number is smaller than 1 when temperature increased in ethanol. TAE will be selected better as decrease temperature in heptane. On the contrary, OAE will have advantages to be selected when decrease temperature in ethanol.To the aim of selecting TAE better, the ozonization experiment should choose lower temperature and smaller number of the solvent's dielectric constant.
