The corn is one of three big grain crops in the world,and a tradition crops in our country.The corngerm is the corn starch factory main by-product.It contains abundant greases and proteins, has nice edibility.A corn germ carries more than 56%grease;40%protein;carbohydrate and other components. There is about80%unsaturated fatty acid in which majority is the oleic acid (30%) and take linoleic acid (LA) asrepresentative the multi-unsaturated fatty acid, the linoleic acid is the arachidonic acid, the adrenal glandacid, 22 carbon five olefine acids and so on,they have the important physiological significancemulti-unsaturated fatty acid synthesis raw material to the human body. If the human body is lack of thelinoleic acid, it can't synthesize these poly unsaturated fatty acids.Moreover, men with corn for staple foodwill have high possibility to be lack of the linoleic acid, therefore, it is quite necessary for them tocomplement the exogenous linoleic acid to hold their health. In recent years, people pay more attantion tothe physiological function of theω-6 poly unsaturated fatty acid and its medicinal values.Because of its construction characteristics and the different way of the mutual transmutation in humanbody,the poly unsaturated fatty acid can be divided into two series:theω-3 and theω-6 primarily. Theω-6poly unsaturated fatty acid includes the octadecadienioc acid(also called the linoleic acid)(LA);the calendicacid(also called theγ-linolenic acid)(GLA);the eicosatetraenoic acid(also called the arachidonic acid)(AA).Theω-6 poly unsaturated fatty acid can be got from ample microorganism, animals and plants resources.Because there are plentiful linoleic acids in the corn germ, this experiment will extract the unsaturated fattyacid from the corn germ. Not only extents corn industry chain, promots corn's added value, but also realizesthe corn intensive processing by-product high added value comprehensive utilization.For many years researching, the physiological function of theω-6 poly unsaturated fatty acid wasknown unambiguously. Theω-6 poly unsaturated fatty acid has the special physiological function for itsparticular structure. It can prevent and ease various cardiovascular diseases; accommodate the growth ofthe cell; have the very high anti-canceractivity; restraint the gastric ulcer and the gastrorrhagia; Theω-6poly unsaturated fatty acid also has the function of augmenting the insulin, the weight reduction andstrengtheningthe immunity etc.. Its application study realm extends continuously, expressing the goodmarket future.Jilin Province is the corn produces grain big province, is known as the gold corn belt, the laudatoryname. The output always is also the best among of the successful candidates, but the present corn product processing only pauses at the low added value product level,lacks to corn's high added valuecomprehensive utilization, Therefore, so far, Jilin Province's corn resources superiority has not transformedas the economical superiority.This research uses the high and new-technology industries of the critical CO2extracts and the gas chromato grap to purify theω-6 poly unsaturated fatty acid, and makes it into a healthfood in form of the soft capsule, this not only can make the precious resources into the utilization of a highextra gain, but also can increases the stability of antioxidation, promoting the economic benefit of the cornprocessing significantly. Determined the optimal process conditions of the supercritical CO2 extraction of theω-6 polyunsaturated fatty(the linoleic acid mainly): the extraction pressure 30 MPa, the extraction temperature50℃, the extraction time 100min, CO2 discharge 25L/h.2. Analyzed the best chromatograph examination condition: Specimen handling mouth temperature:250℃; Detector: FID,250℃; Carrier gas current capacity: 15 mL/min; Column box temperature: uses thetemperature program: 150℃maintains 3min, by 2℃rises to 170℃, maintains 10min; In front of thecolumn presses: 12psi; Specimen handling quantity: 0.3μL.3. Used the gas phase chromatographyω-6 the multi-unsaturated fatty acid to carry on qualitative andthe quantitative determination to the corn germ in, finally indicated the asiatic petroleum acid content wasthe 26.91g/100g germ, gamma-linolenic acid content was the 3.52g/100g germ.4. Determined the system takes the soft capsule the best compound oxidation resistance condition is:VE joins measures 0.3%; BHT to join measures 0.2mg/kg;TBHQ to join measures 0.1mg/kg; and uses thewall materia 1Ⅲ.5.
