Studies On The Technics Of Cane Juice Shunt Adhibitting Saccharate Sulphitation Process

The lustration efficiency of general sulphitation process is rather low.and the apperent purity will be lower than mixed juice if the controling of technics condictions is unsuitable, then the lustration efficiency become negative. By way of improve the actuality of sulphitation process's low lustration efficiency, this research will discuss the clarification result of producing saccharate replace milk of lime as clarifier by the third mill's extracted juice. Experiments showed that this technics route is better than general sulphitation process's clarefication result.it improve the present sulphitation process. So it can provide new thoughts and pathways for sugar refine operators , and inject new energy in sugar refine industry and will be endowed with extensive application prospect. The main contents of studies as follow:(1) Studies on the theory and effecting factor of the calcium saccharate's making process.Saw about the infection factors of calcium saccharate's making process by orthogonal experiment's two guidelines: purity of calcium saccharate, lose of useless juice . Analysedthe experiment result by rang analysis and vaviance analysis.then found out the best technological condition and factor's markedness .(2) Compared the clarification result of general sulphitation process and cane juice shunt adhibitting saccharate sulphitation process by the guidelines: lustration efficiency, decolorization ration, abstraction ratio of turbidity, settling velocity, elimination rate of phenols, increasing of calcium salt.(3) Studies on the infection factors of cane juice shunt adhibitting saccharate sulphitation process's clarification result.Saw about the infection factors of cane juice shunt adhibitting saccharate sulphitation process's clarification result by orthogonal experiment's four guideline: lustration efficiency.decolorization ration, abstraction ratio of turbidity, settling velocity.Analysed the experiment result by rang analysis and vaviance analysis, then found out the best technological condition and factor's markedness.(4) Analysed spectrums of clear juices produced by cane juice shunt adhibitting saccharate sulphitation process and general sulphitation process. Then studied the clarification result of general sulphitation process and cane juice shunt adhibitting saccharate sulphitation process.
