Mixed juice separation and purification is the highest cost and more difficult process i n cane sugar mill, it is vital for sugar manufacture and mostly decides the quality of sugar products .Adsorption capability of Ultra-fine powder is good , for it is very fine powder , good active surface and has equality quality , big ratio surface .This performance is important for mixed juice clarification. It will made clarification better and improve sugar products quality by using this technology. Furthermore , its cost is low, operation is easy and good for environment.The follow was the main contents in this research paper.1. Choose the advantaged Ultra-fine powder for sugar clarification.2. Mechanism of using Ultra-fine powder in sugar clarification.3. The research on Ultra-fine powder used in sulphitation process. Disposing the mixed juice by using Ultra-fine powder by contrast experiments, measured the decolorization effect, settling velocity, pur ity difference , turbidity, calcium content as well as filtration velocity, then found out the best technological conditions requirements by range analysis and the marked factors of decolorization effect , settling velocity and purity difference as well as filtration velocity by variance analysis .4. Change quantity of Ultra-fine powder using in clarification.5. Modified Ultra-fine powder6. Modified Ultra-fine powder using in clarification.7. The research on better Ultra-fine powder used in orthogonal experiment process. Disposing the mixed juice by using Ultra-fine powder by orthogonal experiment, measured the decolorization effect, settling velocity, purity difference .turbidity, calcium content as well as filtration velocity, then found out the best technological conditions requirements by range analysis and the marked factors of decolorization effect , settling velocity and purity difference as well as filtration velocity by variance analysis . then found out the best technology condition.
