Oil takes a very important part in both national economy and the modern industry and agriculture . Oil industry and oil resource are always focused by the world .With the development of oil recovery industry, the technology of supervisory and control of oil well has become a very important part of oil recovery system at oil field. It directly affects the efficiency of oil production, the maintenance and safety of machinery ,so as to the level of automation of oil field . It is a very important to get the oil exploitation machinery's various working parameters in order to analyze working condition and execute fault diagnosis and further, optimize the design of oil recovery system.The screw pump oil production system has been widely used in China recent years, however, the technology of supervisory of a screw pump oil well is still underdeveloped and there is few effective technique method and device.The screw pump wireless monitor device is developed to monitor two important working parameters of screw pump: torque and tension. The device was designed into two parts: the sampling-transmitting part and the receiving part. Through the bridge strain sensor, the load signals of torque and tension are picked up, and after processed by the preamplifier, are sent to the ADC integrated in PIC16F873 and then converted into digital signals. Wireless data communication is used in this system. Through a pair of data-send module, the sampled data are sent to the receiving device that is responsible for the store of these data, the display of dynamic curve and so on , so the real-time monitor to torque and tensile is available . As a result of using wireless data communication, the sampling-transmitting part and the receiving part are separated from each other, and this makes the installation of the sampling -transmitting part more convenient, it also makes the receiving part to be easily operated. So far the prototype system has been used in the Daqing oil field. The measured data provided by the system are very useful in analyzing various working conditions and in improving engineering design of the screw pump oil production system has been very widely used, so it is certain that this product will have a great market .
