Study And Plan On The Environment Quality Of Chengdu High-Techno-Exploiting Area

With the fast development of economic in china, more and more areas have been set up for hi-tech development zone. But during the development of these areas, there have always been something inconsistent with the requirements of environment, thus have already influenced the environment quality of area and people's health. This paper will analyze the environmental quality of such areas basing on Chengdu Hi-tech Development Zone. Investigate the pollution resource and research the environment quality, including the quality of surface-water underground-water atmosphere water-ecologic and soil. Research the main environmental problem existing in the area, that is to say, research the ecological problem atmospheric environment and water environment of this area. Predict the potential impact of atmosphere and water environment; analyze the potential change of environment; draw the impact picture of the environment. Basing on those research, reasonably plan the regional environment and propose a feasible planning of pollution control including water pollution control atmospheric pollution control and total control. Determine the investing policy of industry ; make the environmental cost-benefit analysis brought by the development of this area and propose a reasonable solution for the progress of the area.
