Harmonics Analysis And Processing Method Research Of High Frequency Welding Devices In Pangang Group

High-frequency welding devices, track saw, and direct current driving system are included in φ76 Unit of Pangang Group's cold-rolled forming steel works. There are some power converters, such as thyristor controlled regulation circuits and rectifiers, in these devices, which result much harmonics in the circuit, so that the electric network is polluted, and the operation of these devices is influenced too.This thesis makes harmonics analysis and simulation to the main electric devices of φ 76 Unit in order to seek solution to harmonics pollution of them. Field harmonics data of operating devices is recorded and compared to simulation results. The two are in good agreement. Then, power filter is designed and added to original circuit. Simulation results of the circuit with filter indicate decrease of the harmonics in current of power supply, and the waveform is close to sinusoidal wave, which prove correctness of the solution to harmonics pollution.This thesis provides theory to a future harmonic suppression for φ 76 Unit.
