| Comprehensive utilization of predicting technology for fully mechanized wining faces of Pingdingshan coal mining district has been summarized in this paper, through on-the-spot analysis for typical faces of typical coal mines in Pingdingshan, methane emission law of fully mechanized winning faces and the fallen coal was found, according to the basis parameters deposited and actually measured data, mathematical model of wall methane fallen coal methane emission and width of the methane emission strip of the roadway wall was set up, through providing of the actually measured results, methane predicting methods for fully mechanized winning faces of Pingdingshan coal mining district was finally proposed.
