As the improvement of living standards, people have the new wear demand of knitted garment. The single demand for keeping warm has become comfortable, healthy, safe and beautiful fabric made for garment. In order to suit for the demand of market, enhancing the grade and adding value of the product, the special finishing treatment technology of knitted fabric has been developing along with it. Until now, the special finishing treatment of knitted fabric has included anti-pilling finishing, shink-proof finishing, anti-bacterial, water and oil repellent, flame-resisting finishing, antistatic, hygiene and so on. For cotton knitted underwear in winter, it directly dissolves human skin. When the secretion of sweat, dander, grease and the nature of dust and bonded together, it's easy to strike stains and greasy grouper in the contacts of the human body and clothes, it also offers the best breeding places to microorganisms. It's still difficult to remove and clean after washing. And repeat melting can also injure the strength of underwear. So functional finishing of anti-bacterial and water, oil repellent is necessary.For meeting both demands at same time, this article used the "two-bath" one three layers of warm knitted fabrics (provide by Shanghai ThreeGun Group Co.,Ltd) for composite function of nano anti-bacterial and self-cleaning finishing. In the process of finishing, as the use of agent and high temperature would definitely impact on some taking performance of fabrics more or less, so we compared the taking performance of knitted fabrics before and after compound functional finishing, and analysis the influence degree of taking performance by compound finishing. Because the functional testing of anti-bacterial is given by the SGS Company, this article analyzed the self-cleaning finishing single-factor only. Using self-cleaning agent JS-1 to finish three layers of warm knitted fabrics, finishing agent concentration and baking temperature/time had greater impact to finishing effect. Based on these three factors, and gave specific gradients, and combined with a variety of finishing conditions to test the fabrics' properties after finishing under different finishing conditions.After the qualitatively anti-bacterial and self-cleaning study of finished fabric, we could make sure that the fabric had good anri-bacterial and water & oil repellent and soil-release properties. Based on the garment analysis of single-factor finishing fabric, combining with a variety of finishing conditions to test the fabrics' properties after finishing under different finishing conditions, at last, got the optimum parameters scale of water, oil repellent finishing according to synthesize experimental data and yellowing and other factors.According to the single-factor analysis, we analyzed orthogonal experiments on these two properties, and settled the optimum parameters of self-clean finishing treatment. By using these parameters to finish the thermal knitted fabric, it had not only been given to the excellent anti-bacterial and self-clean functions, but also the garment performances loss was very small. Such as fuzz and pilling resistance and skin friction, they were almost the same as ever, which meat there was no effect on comfortable feel. The property of moisture vapor transmission had been improved better. The heat insulating ability and air permeability had a litter worse.Besides, this article also tested the water-washing serviceability. According to the criterion, we washed the fabric 5 times & 10times & 15times respectively and then tested the anti-bacterial & self-clean functions. The experimental results proved that after 15 times wash, the fabric also had good anti-bacterial function, and can depress the bacterial (S. aureus) effectively. Along with the wash times increasing, the contact angles of water and oil had a litter decrease, but the also had good water & oil repellent function. The soil-release function was downgranded from 5 to 3, but this grand was still higher than the fabric without finishing.
