Study On The Establishment Of Yuan Baoshan Open Pit Mine's Geological Model And Its Display

This article centers on the establishment of open mine's geologieal model and its display.The geological model is composed with geological surface model and body model.The geological interface is cut in by boundary and fault,then it is converted into trimmed surface of geological surface.The trimmed surface of geological surface and the triangulation earth's surface constitute the body model spatiall y.The author took Yuan Baoshan Mine for example,then developed its 3D depOsit mOdel Visualization system by using VC++and 0penGL,which realized the following functions:displaying the 3D deposit model in any direction,modifying and updating the model and drawing section in any direction as well.
