Many research results show that the occurrence of coal and gas burst is controlled by geologic structure, different geologic structure such as the fold,the fault and so on is the primary factor of distribution of gas and tectonic stress and forming of disturbed coal.It can be shown that high stress zone and high stress gradient zone distribute in the influence rage of the fault and different combination forms of faults in plane by numeric analogue,if the tunnel projects are excavated in the region,high stress concentration may be formed,and the coal and gas burst can easily happen in high gas mine.It is said that the tectonic stress is the root of the occurrence of coal and gas burst controlled by geologic structure.In the article, the Geological dynamic division method is applicaed in Panyi Mine of Huainan Mining area to found out the active faults and calculate the distributed situation of tectonic stress,so high stress zone and high stress gradient zone of the B11b coal seam are pointed out to take properly danger relieving measures.
