Optical glass with high refractive index and high dispersion are used more and more as optical design trend to miniaturization and digital. Developing and batch producing this type of glass such as ZF7, FD6 is important project.This issue investigated mainly on composition, raw material, experiment and producing process. Problem such as optical absorption, stria, homogeneity occurring with development and produce had been analyzed and solved. Succeed on developing composition, producing process, andcontinuous melting process of ZF7 , FD6 optical glass.Performances and quality of ZF7 FD6 optical glass accord withchina optical standard GB903-87. Fulfilled consumers demand andget good comertial benefit for our company.
