The quality of water in pharmaceutical industry, especially the water which is produced to the drug, such as purified water and water for injection, will influence the quality of the drug . Process water technology is an important part and necessary technology sustentation in pharmaceutical industry. It must reach the quality target of pharmacopoeia, like other materials in the drug producing.The quality control of water is the key in the drug producing quality control. Only when the water system is designed reasonably, constructed properly, validated, in efficient supervisee and control, it will produce pharmaceutical water steadily which meets quality demand. Then it will meet the special demand of the drug producing.This thesis tells that we have made progress to the pharmaceutical water system in Hebei Huari pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. We integrated theory and practice, obeyed the demand of U.S.P. and C.P. We improved the unreasonable thing in original purified water and water for injection producing design. In purified water preparation, We used reverse osmosis and mixing ion change machine system to substitute original all- ion change machine. We took away the original 0.22μmicron hole membrane filter in purified water preparation. We increased sterilization system on line in the gateway of purified water tank. We made cold and hot users circulate separately in water for injection circulation system. We increased fluent velocity in the pipe line to two meters per second. We changed the cooling machine of water for injection to double-end plate layer pipe heat changing machine.When the progressing measure finished, the system began circulation. The quality of purified water and water for injection has improved a lot. The ratio of eligibility reached one hundred percent. The system can save power. It will improve economy efficiency to the corporation. To sum up, this progressing design to the pharmaceutical water system is on the basic of theory research. After the test of producing practice, the design is successful, and the progressing target has reached.
