The Study On Preparation Process Of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhizae In Xinjikang Injection

Guided by the theory of TCM, the injection of TCM take the modern scientific technology and method to prepare asepsis solution suspention or asepsis powder from extracting effective substance from sinple or complex prescription of TCM or natural medicine.The injection of TCM is a new way in administration of TCM. Purification process is important in the preparation of injection of TCM. As studies on injection of TCM went further, more attention is paid on the improvement of purification process.Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza is labium section salvia genus plant. Its water-solubility ingredient have anti-lipid over -oxidation and erasing freeness-radicle action. Inorder to enrich Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza water-solubility ingredient and attach to contet requirments of TCM injection ,The auther of this article, on the grounds of the previous studies, has further studied the preparation process of Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza in xinjikang injection. The article taking the content of total phenol and Salvianolic acid B as reviewing index ,the result indicates the content of total phenol overrun 40% and only the Salvianolic acid B reach 45% by the macropore adsorbed resin enrichment,accordingly eatablish the enrichment methord of the macropore adsorbed resin .
