Studies On Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprint Of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae And Their Preparations

Semen Ziziphi Spinosae are the dried and riped seeds of Rharmnaceaeherbs Ziziphus jujuba Mill. var. spionsa (Bunge) Hu. They can benefit the liver, calm the nervous, decrease the perspiration and increase the saliva. They are used to cure the insomnia , over dreams, over perspiration and thirsty. Theyare categorized in good medicine of < Compendium Of Materia Medica> .Because they have many decisive medicinal effects, a lot of studies had beendone on their chemical compositions and pharmacology.According to the technical request for Traditional Chinese MedicineFingerprint, the fingerprints of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from Hebei Shanxi(Jin), Shanxi ( Qin )had been described by HPLC-ELSD. Furthermore, the similarity of the fingerprints chromatography were all above 99% by Excel 2002. The results indicated that the analytic method of fingerprints had better reproducibility and could be of practical value for the SemenZiziphi Spinosae quality control and their preparations.
