(College of life sciences, Wuhan University, Wuhan 43 0072)For bacillus colony is a interdependent system, we have simulated that metabolite restrains the reproduction of bacillus on computer. For this purpose, we use diffuse speed ko, the ratio r(r=Tr/Td), Tr is the time of reproducing one time, Td is the time of difiusing one step, and the coefficient of metabolite on reproduction is m. At the r=4.0,we study the different ko and m comparatively and we get the results accord with the fact. Applying contour line and vectorgraph to analyze the concentration of matebolite, we think that the interior of bacillus colony tends to become equilibrium and the edge of bacillus colony is very instability.We also take the study of Ribavirin pilotscale experiment.
