With the development of industry, the using amount of the oil is larger and larger. But because technologies limit and management backward reason, a large amount of the oil enters water bodies, form the pollution. There are many treatments of getting rid of industrial oily wastewater, but their effects are limited. Nowadays, to develop high-efficient and practical products become more and more important on water pollution. This study use the high flocculants technical property, search the handling condition of containing oily wastewater, and then have spread out the preliminarily research work of degree oxidize method . Now, the domestic and international research report that contains oily wastewater with depth oxidize method handling is limited, this program aims at being afterwards related research work with this research to offer reference. This study was conduced in two parts. In parts 1, The first aims at studying flocculation aid and the coagulant of the best of performance, as well as its parameter determine and the temperature in environment melt the factors such as handling for flocculants the influence of effect. Test to choose PCF is coagulant, study result discovery in pH ≥ 8 effect good, and coagulant has a best density , is under this density ,result effect best. Through orthogonal experiment finding a good condition, COD3260mg/L of raw water, chromaticity》 500, pH7. 2, thing 2800 mg/L suspends. The oily wastewater of 500 ml melts via acid, flocculation, coagulation, subside, filter after, can get its chromaticity < 50, COD is 98 mg/L.In Part 2, handling the oily wastewater with depth oxidize method. Test to be chosen with 5 kinds of oxidizer, study for the oily wastewater oxidizes conditions such as option and oxidize time of handling condition, and then valuating processing technique through surveying biochemical index appraisement, chemical index and the physical index. The result is the PH control of raw water in PH4-8, oxidize time ≥ 48 h, oxidizer ( H2O2 ) add quantity controlling COD/H2O2 of raw water ( 30% ) < 200, H2O2 minute input than one input for COD go to exclude rate outline is quantity high some, catalyst ( FeSO4 · 7 H2O ) add: controlling H2O2 ( 30% )/FeSO4 · 7 H2O( 10% ) ≥ 2. Since with depth oxidize method handling oily wastewater, it is a relatively new field, in addition many research works remain, is further to go on and perfect.
