The theory of QOC (quick open control) is introduced and the cause of roll quality is deep analyzed. QOC is the key core technology and the technology affect the roll quality directly. The emphasis in this article is establishing the dynamic model and simulation of the reel hydraulic system. It is important for the control system.In order to establish the mathematic model of the down coiler hydraulic system's reel hydraulic system, unit rolls hydraulic system, pinch roll hydraulic system and side guide hydraulic system, and obtain system transfer function, systems engineering,hydrodynamics and classical cybernetics etc knowledge are been applied. With the software package Simulink, simulation model on computer of reel hydraulic system is been established and at the same time gain the result and conclusion. On the base of the simulation result, the four hydraulic systems' stability are analyzed.As the main function of the control oil loop is to control the oil's flowing time and direction during the model process. The turn on and close action of pilot check valve and electromagnetism valve' direction change are controlled by the control oil loop in this system. Next action occurred after previous. So in the real roll time, control loop will not affect the reel task. Pilot check valve only control the turn on and close action of the system. Reducing valve only keep the pressure of the system invariant. When establishing the mathematic model, the control oil loop and the reduce valve are been omitted.The dynamic character of hydraulic involve more than one subject, it is inevitable omit some factors and this just needs consider in the future.
