Because of the influence of various factors, mang shape defects often occur to thick plate of aluminium alloy in the processesof rolling, cooling and transportation, such as longitudinal bend ( waviness ), lateral bend, wave in edge and wave in edge etc. For the elimination of the defects, it is necessary to level rolled stocks using a leveler. Stretching is the most simple and convenient method of eliminating shape simple product remaining stress, it can reach efficiently the purpose of eliminateing stress and obvious improvement indignant degree basically. Clamped streth leveler is a machine for leveling plate by low productivity and high metal because the clamped part will be cut. In 1950's and 1960's, the products for general use were produced with hardening sheet using stretch technology in china, and the technology were superannuated for its low productivity and finish product.With the application of the industrial technology of wall plate of large scale in aerospace industry, some countries had studied and applied quench thick plate stretch technology in 1950'.The biggest stretch thickness is 50~ 180mm because of equipment ability and the related product standard is formed . Because of this kind of low stress thick board of aluminium alloy have also shown good size and shape stability by chemistry and the various machinings cut processing, it has reduced the stress corrosion and exhausted life that causes because of remaining stress. Now it is applicated increasingly in aviation, spaceflight, plastics and rubber shape mould production, precise element, telescope and mechanical tool field.6000t strecher leveler is the heavy-duty equipment, it was designed and mad by the Chinese first heavy-duty group company's analogying the former Soviet Union stretch machine, the equipment wast transported to southwest aluminum group limited responsibility company after processes completion in 1970s, it was not not to be installated, test run and used untill the beginning of century ref, it was be established to go into operation in July 2001, had used to stretch strong quench hard aluminum board. Along with market demand incress continuously, and have be put forward higher requirement for equipment stretch ability, but the tensile force that this equipment can bear do not pass calculation and effect, to use this equipment correctly, reduce equipment accident to occur, ensure safety of equipment, It is necessary to analyse and calculate the tensile force of this equipment can borne and carry out effect on analysis calculatesfoundation.Research accomplishment and the major content of this paper are listed as follows: (1) The basic type and major characteristic of leveler, structure and major parameterand the function of the 6000t strecher leveler were introduced, and force of clampholdwere analysed.(2) Using finite element analysis method, finite element models of C-plate to moved clamphold and fixed clamphold and pretight bolt etc were established, that is the main receive force part in 6000t strecher leveler.(3) The actual receive force condition were calculatesd, as well as the influence of gets force to moved clamphold and fixed clamphold under different tight force. On this foundation, analyse and comparison were gone on, stretch force of C-plate can be born really and best tight force of bolt correspondingly were reached.(4) Analysis method of finite element is applied in 6000t strecher leveler for the first time, result of analysis and calculation have important guidance meaning for establishing the Operate instruction of equipment, guaranteeing the safety of equipment and going on enterprise produces normally, data of calculation have important reference value to be improved and designed for this type of equipment.
